Plans start from RM 99/month per outlet (Welcome offer, first 250 users), with the first 3 months free.

Plans start from RM 99 a month per outlet, and new customers get the first 3 months free, including installation and staff training. Each outlet pays RM 178 month by month, or RM 148 a month on 12, 24 or 48 months, which saves RM 30 every month, with 1, 3 or 10 months free. Until 31 Dec 2026, our Welcome offer is RM 99 a month per outlet for 12 months plus 2 months free, which comes to only RM 84.86 a month or RM 2.79 a day, for the first 250 users only, first come, first served. The Live Selling System starts from RM 199 a month per outlet. Customisation is charged by the work hour, from RM 100 an hour on the monthly plan down to RM 80 on 48 months, with free testing and integration.

Yes. Every plan, the Welcome offer and the Live Selling System are priced per outlet, so each outlet has its own subscription.

Yes. Techub works with various payment gateways, so customers can pay a deposit or the full amount online when they book. The money goes straight into your own merchant account, and deposits help cut no-shows.

Very fast. Techub uses an indexed NoSQL database on enterprise servers in Malaysia, so detailed reports are generated in under 100 milliseconds and every device updates in real time.

We guarantee 99.95% system uptime, so your front desk, queue screens and bookings stay online practically all the time.

Your data is kept on enterprise-level servers in Malaysia, such as IPServerOne and Amazon Web Services, and we tell you where it is. All saved data is encrypted, with multi-layer backups across multiple regions.

Techub runs in the cloud on enterprise servers in Malaysia, with an indexed NoSQL database, AI that reads delivery notes and manages stock, automatic WhatsApp notifications, LHDN e-Invoice, and connections to hardware such as label printers, number calling systems and X-ray machines.

Yes. Techub supports LHDN e-Invoice, so invoices can be submitted and validated through MyInvois.

Yes. Techub generates invoices, credit notes, refund notes and official receipts automatically, based on how your business works. You don't need accounting staff to prepare them.
