What is the Techub Payroll & HR System?

It is a payroll and HR system for businesses in Malaysia. It works out each staff member's pay with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB, sends payslips to their phones, and takes leave and claims from the staff app. The owner checks and approves payroll in one tap.

Does it calculate EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB automatically?

Yes. It follows the latest EPF, SOCSO, EIS and LHDN PCB rules, including LINDUNG 24 Jam from June 2026, foreign workers and staff aged 60 and above. Overtime, bonuses and allowances are counted the right way for each one.

Which payroll software in Malaysia sends payslips on WhatsApp?

Techub's Payroll & HR System. Once payroll is approved, each payslip goes to the staff member's app and WhatsApp, with earnings, deductions and the employer's share. Staff can open past payslips and EA forms any time.

Can staff apply for leave and claims on their phone?

Yes. Staff apply for leave and see the days left in their app. For a claim, they snap the receipt and AI reads the amount. Managers approve in one tap, and approved claims and unpaid leave go into that month's payroll.

Does it prepare the KWSP, PERKESO and LHDN files?

Yes. Once payroll is approved, it totals EPF, SOCSO, LINDUNG 24 Jam, EIS, PCB and the HRD Corp levy, and makes the files ready to upload. A WhatsApp reminder comes before the 15th, when they are due.

Does it make EA forms?

Yes. Each staff member's EA form is ready from the year's payroll, in time for the end of February, and staff can download theirs in the app.

Who can see the salaries?

Only the people you choose. Each role, such as owner, HR, account, manager and staff, sees only what it needs. Salary changes need approval, every action is logged with who did it and when, and staff see only their own payslips.
