Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Techub Software website, ask us for a demo or take up an offer shown here. By using this website, you agree to them. If you subscribe to a Techub system, your quotation and service agreement also apply, and where they differ from these terms, they take priority.

1. About us

Techub Software ("Techub", "we", "us") is a software company based in Malaysia, registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under registration number 202603150314 (TR0343876-V). We provide appointment systems for clinics, hair salons, beauty centres and spas, and build custom systems for businesses in Malaysia.

You can reach us on WhatsApp at +60 11-1231 0521 or by email at admin@techubsoftware.com.

2. Using this website

You may browse this website, share links to it and contact us through it. Please do not:

  • use it for anything unlawful or misleading, or pretend to be someone else
  • try to break into, overload or disrupt the website or our systems
  • copy large parts of it, scrape it or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission
  • upload or send viruses or other harmful code

3. Information on this website

We keep the information on this website accurate and up to date as best we can, but it is general information and may change without notice.

The screens shown are examples with sample data (such as Demo Clinic and made-up customers). The system you use may look different, and some features depend on your plan, setup and hardware.

4. Prices and offers

  • Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). "From RM 99/month" is our starting price; the price for your business is in your quotation and depends on your plan, users, branches and options.
  • Customisation is charged by the work hour, from RM 80 an hour depending on your plan, and quoted based on your requirements before work starts.
  • The "first 3 months free" offer is for new customers and includes installation and staff training, on the terms in your quotation.
  • Hardware, customisation and third-party charges (such as payment terminal or messaging fees) are not included unless your quotation says so.
  • Taxes such as SST are added where they apply.
  • We may change or end an offer at any time. This does not affect a quotation you have already accepted.

5. Demos

Demos are free and come with no obligation to buy.

6. Service levels and support

Our 99.95% uptime guarantee and our support commitments for subscribed customers are set out in the service agreement, including how uptime is measured, planned maintenance and what happens if we fall short.

7. Third-party services

Some features work with services run by others, such as WhatsApp, LHDN MyInvois, payment providers and hardware makers. Their own terms apply to those services, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

When you use e-Invoice features, you remain responsible for the details on your invoices and for meeting your LHDN e-Invoice obligations. Techub gives you the tools to issue and submit them.

8. Your data

The data your business puts into a Techub system belongs to your business. We look after it as described in our Privacy Policy and your service agreement.

9. Intellectual property

This website, the Techub name and logo, our software, designs and example screens belong to Techub Software or the people who license them to us. You may view and share them for your own information, but you may not copy, change or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Links to other websites

Links to other websites are for your convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content.

11. Our responsibility

This website is provided as it is. As far as Malaysia law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using this website or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Malaysia law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

14. Language

These terms are available in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese. If the versions differ, the English version applies.
